PROJECT MANAGER AND ENTERTAINMENT SPECIALIST

Moos is looking for a colleague

Countdown starts, 10 seconds to go! I live for that one special moment when a show comes to life and
in fact, you and I are in control of it. Magic happens when we’re actually creating an audiovisual
spectacle, an immersive show with video, lighting and set design. Are you ready to bring magic to live
with us?

You:
It’s your time to enter the stage of global entertainment. Our team consists of storytellers, composers,
video geeks, lighting designers, operators, technical guys and many more creative spirits. You are
right in the center of that team and as my new colleague you need to ensure that every project will
run smoothly.

Also You:
But do you know what life is really like in this role? I’ll let you in on what my work as a Project Manager
looks like:

I am in charge of the planning including budgeting and budget control. While keeping an eye on key
deliverables of multiple projects at a time I monitor project boundaries and keep the project within
scope. I am proactive when it comes to communicating with my team members, clients and other
stakeholders about the project. I manage potential project opportunities and risks.
As we speak, I am finishing a vectorworks drawing together with my colleagues in the video and light
department. Wait, my phone starts to ring…The client calls for last minute changes. This is all part of
the game and a part of the job I embrace. I like challenges and don’t get stressed easily.
Oh, did you know that the day never really ends? Together with one of my closest colleagues, the
show producer, I leave this evening for an opening show, this time in Amsterdam, but it could be
anywhere in the world since we deliver many international productions. It’s showtime! This is what it
feels like! Lights on! This is it, from the creators to the audience. Time to bring magic to life! I just love
and live for this moment.
