We’re looking for a Senior Application Specialist – Billing CRM who combines technical excellence with true ownership. Someone who sees projects through from A to Z, takes initiative, and brings people along on the journey.

Your Mission

You’ll be the driving force behind the performance, optimization, and smooth running of our billing CRM system. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” role. You’ll take full ownership of projects and processes—identifying needs, proposing smart solutions, implementing improvements, and making sure they stick. You’ll also mentor colleagues, act as the go-to expert, and serve as the crucial link between business and tech.

What You’ll Be Doing

Take Full Ownership
• Lead end-to-end projects: from gathering requirements to implementation and follow-up
• Identify system or process gaps before they become problems—and take action
• Act as product owner for the billing CRM, making strategic decisions in line with business goals
• Ensure user adoption by involving stakeholders, providing support, and measuring success

Technical Expertise & Delivery
• Provide high-level support and guidance on billing CRM usage, setup, and troubleshooting
• Maintain a deep understanding of CRM features, configurations, and data structures
• Collaborate with development teams to improve and evolve the system continuously

Mentorship & Collaboration
• Coach junior colleagues and share knowledge openly
• Foster a proactive, solution-oriented mindset within the team

Performance & Optimization
• Define KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of solutions
• Use data insights to drive continuous improvement
• Align CRM performance with broader business strategy

What You Bring
• Proven experience in application ownership, particularly with billing and CRM platforms
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the confidence to make decisions
• Knowledge of Hansen ICX/CCB CRM is a plus, but experience with other billing CRMs is welcome too
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured, hands-on, and always two steps ahead
